July 1, 2014 - Senior scientist Neff Walker and research associate Yvonne Tam traveled to Dhaka, Bangladesh to conduct a LiST training workshop for district level managers of Save the Children and other local partner organizations. The goal is to assist managers to make program decisions based on understanding what are the impacts of their organizations' projects in district level.
January, 2012 - The LiST team at the Bloomberg School completed a one-year technical support contract from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The purpose of the contract was to provide technical support to organizations and groups that would like to use LiST to develop scenarios and projections that could help in their strategic planning.
April 14, 2011 - For a 5-part Lancet series that looks at the significance of stillbirths globally, LiST was used to analyze the potential impact of various interventions for preventing stillbirths, as well as maternal and neonatal deaths. In this analysis, it was shown that universal coverage (99% coverage) of 8 interventions, delivered periconceptually, during antenatal care, or during childbirth could prevent 1.1 million stillbirths, or nearly 50% of all stillbirths in the 68 priority Countdown to 2015 countries.
