Emily Carter is an Assistant Scientist in the Department of International Health. In her current role on the LiST team, she works to improve methods for vaccine modeling. She earned a PhD in International Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Her research has focused on evaluating child health and malaria control programs, and more recently on methods to improve measurement of maternal, neonatal, and child health (MNCH) indicators.
