Victoria B. Chou is an Assistant Scientist in the Department of International Health. She collaborates with diverse partner organizations including USAID and jhpiego to conduct analyses using the Lives Saved Tool and has provided advanced training and on-going technical assistance for the application of LiST by users from governmental agencies, sponsored programs, and international NGOs. Her previous work with LiST focused on capacity-building and estimating the impact of child survival and family planning interventions in the 24 USAID maternal and child health (MCH) priority countries. With extensive experience in basic science, clinical research, and global health, her academic training includes a MS in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology and a PhD in International Health.
